§ 6-4.301. Water Department.

A Water Department is hereby created comprising the Council and the following positions: the Water Superintendent, City Inspector, and Office Manager. The same person may be appointed to any or all of such positions. Such person or persons shall be appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Council.
